Two Hotels With HPS-Rate Rooms Available - Clarion Added
There are two conference hotels for the 2013 Health Physics Society (HPS) Annual Meeting with rooms available.
The Sheraton Madison is at 706 John Nolen Drive (phone: 608-251-2300). It has rooms at the HPS rate of $98 per night single/double. The Sheraton Madison is located approximately two miles from Monona Terrace Convention Center. The hotel will provide a complimentary shuttle to and from the Monona Terrace Convention Center. The Clarion Suites at the Allliant Energy Center has just added a block of rooms. Call 608-284-1234 and ask for the Health Physics Society group block. The Clarion Suites is about two miles from the Monona Terrace and offers shuttles to the Monona Terrace throughout the day (based on availability). The HPS rates are good for 6–11 July: room with 1 queen bed plus sofabed for $99 per night or room with 2 queen beds for $109 per night. Single or double occupancy are the same price.
