New Pediatric Nuclear Medicine Guidelines from Image Gently
The Image Gently website has expanded to feature continuing efforts to reduce radiation dose to pediatric patients. New content to support this message on pediatric nuclear medicine and the initiative called Go with the Guidelines is now available:
- North American Consensus Guidelines for Pediatric Radiopharmaceutical Administered Doses
- A parent pamphlet for use in hospitals on pediatric nuclear medicine
The Health Physics Society is a supporter of the Alliance for Radiation Safety in Pediatric Imaging, which conducts the Image Gently campaign.
