Plans are now complete for the Opening Session of the 33rd Midyear Topical Meeting of the Health Physics Society (HPS) in Virginia Beach, Virginia, January 30 - February 2, 2000.
The Plenary Session, "The History and Future of Instrumentation," will be chaired by Sydney Porter, the chair of the HPS History Committee. The Session will feature presentations by Herman Cember, John Auxier, Frazier Bronson, and Art Lucas. Following the presentations there will be a brief question and answer session.
Meeting "Night Out" plans for Tuesday night are being developed. Follow this website for future details.
