Did You Know? - Volunteering for Committees
HPS Web Operations
Did you know that the Health Physics Society (HPS) runs on the work of nearly 30 committees and task forces, which are operated by volunteer members of the HPS? New committee members are usually added during the time period around the annual meeting, but you can volunteer anytime because many committees have emergent needs for additional members or subcommittees throughout the year.
Visit the Committees page of the HPS website to learn about the committees. If you see one you would be interested in, there is a volunteer button at the bottom of each committee page. You can also visit the Volunteer page, pick a committee from the drop-down menu, and click the volunteer button there.
