Last Day for HPS Hotel Rate for 2020 Midyear Meeting
Please make your reservations at the Marriott North Bethesda for the Health Physics Society (HPS) 2020 Midyear Meeting. Staying at the host hotel is vital to the Society—it allows us to get reduced rates on food at the meeting, helps keep our room rental rates low, and reduces hotel room rates for attendees. When you do not stay at the host hotel, it can incur costs back to the Society if we do not fill the hotel rooms.
In other words, staying at the host hotel directly impacts your Society. Please make sure to make your reservation by Thursday, 16 January—today—to receive the HPS rate. See you soon in North Bethesda.
