All teachers will receive an HPS Instrumentation Kit before the workshop. If multiple teachers are attending from the same school district, a lead teacher can be designated. Would you be willing to be a lead teacher?

A lead teacher’s responsibility is to coordinate the attendance of other local teachers from the same school or the same county and to accept the shipment of the instrumentation kit. When the instrumentation kit is received, please open and assemble the instrument to check operational status. Instructions included. If there is a problem with the kit, please contact Science Support Committee Chair to request a replacement. The kit will become the property of the receiving school and does not need to be returned to the Health Physics Society.

Photo Release Waiver
The HPS Science Support Committee (SSC) and its representatives reserve the right to take photographs of attendees and their property in connection with all HPS SSC organized events. HPS SSC may use such photographs, with or without an attendee’s name, for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should notify the event organizer in writing or avoid designated photography areas.
