ANS Webinar: Talking About Low-Dose Radiation Risk

American Nuclear Society (ANS) members are invited to a special Q&A with an expert panel as they discuss how to communicate about the risk of low-dose radiation. This free members-only event will be held on 21 January 2021 at 11 am Central time. It is a follow-up to the "Risky Business" President's Session that took place during the ANS Virtual Winter Meeting in November. The Q&A will take a deeper dive into the many questions generated from the thought-provoking discussion.

Panelists include Amir A. Bahadori, PhD (Kansas State University), Donald A. Cool, PhD (Electric Power Research Institute), Shaheen Dewji, PhD (Texas A&M University), and Paul Locke, MPH, JD, DrPH (Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health). The moderator is Mary Lou Dunzik-Gougar, PhD, (ANS President, Idaho State University).
