I heard that the Health Physics Society has published a chart of the nuclides, including all modes of decay, energies, and half-lives. If so, where can I access this data?

For online nuclide decay data, you can go to the Brookhaven National Laboratory Web site. A compendium of decay data has been compiled for use in dosimetry as reported by M.G. Stabin and L.C. da Luz, Health Phys. 83(4), 471-475 (2002). The HPS has made this RADAR data set into an interactive Web page. James E. Turner, CHP, PhD
