I have been undergoung IPL laser hair removal treatments for the past year or so. I would like to know whether laser hair removal has any negative effect on the fetus if two or three sessions are conducted during pregnancy.

There will be no effects on the fetus from these laser procedures. The laser beams used cannot penetrate into your body to affect the baby.
