Can high levels of radon cause multiple chemical sensitivity?

There is no evidence that exposure to radon at any level can cause multiple chemical sensitivities. If you would like more information on radon you might wish to read the Health Physics Society's Position Statement "Perspectives and Recommendations on Indoor Radon."
