Special Evaluation of IAEA Radiation Protection Education and Training Activities
H. Dickson, K. Araj
This special evaluation focusing on radiation protection education and training activities was initiated to determine the extent to which these activities have fulfilled the mission of IAEA and have addressed needs of Member States. This evaluation was designed to identify "best practices" and "lessons learned" over the past seven years. The evaluation efforts culminated in a series of recommendations to encourage continuation of the positive practices and modify or mitigate areas of weakness in the current radiation protection education and training system.
