From the Editor
Tracy Tipping
After considerable apprehension on my part and heroic efforts of my computer
support team (my PC suffered a disk crash while I was away during the
holidays), this is the final IARPE Newsletter of the 1900s. Thus, I am at
the halfway point of my tenure as newsletter editor. I thank you for the
contributions thus far and hope that they continue to flow into my inbox for
the remaining three issues of editorship. Onward to Y2K!
