There will be an Accelerator Section session at the Denver HPS meeting
on June 27, 8:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. (Tuesday morning). A total of ten oral
presentations, including the Morgan lecture by Dr. H. G. Menzel of CERN,
are scheduled. In addition to conventional talks, this year we have
organized a mini-workshop by inviting a few speakers to talk on a critical
issue that most accelerator facilities face, i. e., how do we use a radiation
safety system to protect workers from prompt radiation hazard. For more
