Accelerator Session at the Next HPS Annual Meeting

At the upcoming HPS annual meeting in Cleveland, the Accelerator Section intends to host an accelerator session. Since I have the duty to organize our session, I would like to solicit your feedback. Please let me know if you are intending to present a paper or poster at the meeting under the accelerator session so that I may begin to prepare for the meeting.

If you would e-mail me with the following information, it would be a great help:
- Name, company, and contact information (if different from the 1999-2000 directory)
- Type of presentation desired (oral or poster)
- Topic, if known

You will need to go through the normal process of sending in abstracts to the HPS. This note is simply intended to remind you to start thinking about a paper and that the deadline is January 26, 2001.

The call for papers and abstract form may be found in the October 2000 HPS Newsletter (Adobe Acrobat reader required). There is also an online submission form. Please be sure to mark 'A' for the accelerator technical session.
