Energy Analyst (December 2003 – January 2005)
· Performed energy audits of local
manufacturing plants. This included
data collection on boiler, heating, lighting and ventilation systems. Interviewed maintenance personnel
and equipment operators to understand operating conditions.
· Analyzed field data, composing reports
describing existing plant operation and detailing recommendations for enhanced
efficiency. This included
calculations of energy savings, discussion of key assumptions, and resources
for implementation.
· Provided expertise in the areas of
combustion, steam, and heat transfer. Used software tools such as Excel, SteamMaster, and MotorMaster to
perform efficiency analysis.
