Health Physics Society Membership Application

To apply for Health Physics Society membership, use the form below and:

Select a membership category. Plenary membership requires a bachelor's degree, associate's degree, NRRPT registration, and several years professional experience. If you apply for plenary membership, you will receive associate membership now, and a full application will be mailed to you. Associate membership has no degree or membership requirements.
